Davids Tjhin joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2003 and has since played a key role in the firm's Asia Pacific leadership team within the BCG Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice Area.

With a wealth of experience in spearheading large-scale transformations and driving operational and sales excellence, Davids was instrumental in establishing BCG Gamma (BCG's Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence unit) in Southeast Asia. He worked with government/ public institutions, state-owned enterprises, and private industries in Technology, Media, Telecom and Financial Institutions.

Davids is frequently entrusted by clients' shareholders and CEOs to define company priorities and innovate and revamp business models. His strategic contributions and extensive expertise have positioned him as a valued partner in regional and national development initiatives. Recently, he served as the Deputy Co-chair for the B20 Digitalization Taskforce in 2022; He also served as lead knowledge partner for ASEAN ABAC 2023 on Digital. 

He led strategic projects that enable Digital Transformation, such as Digital Indonesia Roadmap for the Ministry of State Secretariat, Digital Indonesia Roadmap for the Ministry of Communication of Indonesia, the Satu Data Indonesia strategy for the Ministry of SOE and Ministry of Finance of Indonesia, among others.
