Euan Marshall

Euan Marshall is the IFC Country Manager for Indonesia and Timor-Leste based in Jakarta, effective July 1, 2023. Prior to this appointment, he was the Head of Mission for IFC in London and a Manager in IFC’s Syndications Department. He was responsible for developing and managing investment products that mobilize third party capital to leverage IFC’s own investment in support of its clients. He has extensive experience working with capital market and institutional investors and manages IFC premier debt mobilization

platform, MCPP, which has raised over $11bn from institutional investors. Prior to Syndications he managed IFC’s Global Advisory program supporting the development and growth of sustainable investing in Emerging markets and IFC’s Country Advisory program in the Philippines. He started his IFC career in Indonesia managing sustainability advisory programs. Prior to IFC he worked in a number of equity capital market roles in London, Hong Kong and Jakarta. His first job out of High School was teaching at Lembaga Administrasi Negara, in Ujung Pandang. He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.
