Born in Kinshasa on 1 May 1972, from Kongolo territory in Tanganyika province, Guylain Nyembo Mbwizya is an economist. He holds a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Mons-Hainaut (Belgium). President of the Republic entrusted him with the task of consolidating and modernising the management of government action to accelerate the impact of the Head of State's vision on the population.
