Rosan Roeslani is the Minister of Investment/Chairman of Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board. Before becoming part of the Ministry of Investment, Rosan served as Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) from July 17 to October 24, 2023. Rosan previously served as the 21st Indonesian Ambassador to the United States in 2021-2023.

Rosan earned a BA in Business Administration at Oklahoma State University, United States in 1993. Then Rosan continued his studies in the MBA at la Antwerpen European University, Belgium in 1996.
