H.E Suharso Monoarfa started career as a businessman for 20 years. He has been actively participating in numerous development projects in the country. Those experiences have shaped his career as well as equipped him with various essential soft skills.

He was a Member of Parliament and previously served as The Minister of Public Housing and member of Presidential Advisory Council. He was also Presidential Advisory Council Member - Dewan Pertimbangan Presiden (Wantimpres). Currently, Suharso is appointed as The Minister of National Development Planning/Chairman of National Development Planning Agency
